Commercial real estate is a secretive and arcane business so I will try to shed some light on areas that took me a while to understand. Feel free to send me an email and set me straight if I get it wrong, suggest a topic or just introduce yourself.
A note on my day job: I am practicing real estate lawyer, but I won’t post about my current clients or their projects unless I receive permission from them in advance and disclose it in the post. Also, I won’t be dispensing legal advice over this blog. Just to be on the safe side I should probably make it clear that: I am not your lawyer unless you have a written engagement letter with me and emailing me or posting on this blog doesn’t create an attorney client relationship.
